Extended Play

Afternoon Care or Extended Play is offered Monday through Friday from either 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Parents are asked to select either one hour or two hours of care.) Our registration dates for these programs coincide with our two semesters:

• 1st Semester:  September 19 to December 16, 2011 and
• 2nd Semester: January 3 to June 6, 2012.

Children will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that when you sign up for Extended Play, you do so for a full semester and have your child attend on the same day(s) each week.

Extended Play Rates:

• The rate for Extended Play for a semester subscription of up to four days per week is $12 per hour.
• The five day subscription receives a discount of $100 off the total of the semester subscription’s $12 per hour rate.
• The drop-in rate for Extended Play is $15 per hour.

Drop in Procedure for Extended Play:

1. Complete a request form, which can be found in the box on the Executive Directors door. Please make requests in advance. Spaces are filled on a first-come first-served basis.
2. Attach payment of $15 per hour of extended play for dates requested.
3. Drop-ins may be accepted with advance notice and if there is space available.

Important Note:
There will be no Extended Play on conference days or the days before Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, Spring Break and the last day of school.
